En int\u00e9grant \u00e0 nos repas des sources de graisses saines telles que les noix, les graines, les avocats et les poissons gras, nous pouvons profiter des nombreux bienfaits des graisses et aider notre organisme \u00e0 fonctionner de mani\u00e8re optimale.
