L'une des id\u00e9es fausses les plus r\u00e9pandues est la croyance selon laquelle la graisse peut magiquement se transformer en muscle, ou que le muscle peut myst\u00e9rieusement se transformer en graisse. Cette id\u00e9e peut sembler intrigante, mais nous allons approfondir la science derri\u00e8re ce mythe et d\u00e9couvrir la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 en termes plus simples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La v\u00e9rit\u00e9 sur la graisse et les muscles<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout d'abord, clarifions quelques points essentiels : la graisse et le muscle sont aussi diff\u00e9rents que des pommes et des oranges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tissu adipeux<\/strong>: La graisse, \u00e9galement connue sous le nom de tissu adipeux, est en quelque sorte l'unit\u00e9 de stockage de l'\u00e9nergie suppl\u00e9mentaire de votre corps. Il s'agit de deux clubs compl\u00e8tement diff\u00e9rents qui n'acceptent pas d'\u00e9change de membres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Perdre de la graisse, gagner du muscle<\/strong>: Lorsque vous vous entra\u00eenez et que vous mangez bien, vous pouvez perdre de la graisse et gagner du muscle en m\u00eame temps. Mais voici l'astuce : ce n'est pas parce que la graisse se transforme en muscle, c'est parce que vous br\u00fblez les graisses pour obtenir de l'\u00e9nergie et que vous construisez des muscles gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'exercice et \u00e0 une bonne alimentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comment \u00e7a marche<\/strong>: Lorsque vous faites de l'exercice, en particulier avec des poids ou un entra\u00eenement de r\u00e9sistance, votre corps a une plus grande consommation d'\u00e9nergie. Cela signifie que les tissus adipeux sont \u00e9puis\u00e9s pour fournir l'\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l'organisme. En m\u00eame temps, vos muscles deviennent plus forts et plus gros car ils se r\u00e9parent et se d\u00e9veloppent apr\u00e8s chaque s\u00e9ance d'entra\u00eenement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le mythe de la transformation des muscles en graisse<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Parlons maintenant du revers de la m\u00e9daille : la transformation des muscles en graisse. Attention, ce n'est pas le cas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Atrophie musculaire et prise de graisse<\/strong>: Si vous arr\u00eatez de vous entra\u00eener ou si vous devenez moins actif, vos muscles peuvent r\u00e9tr\u00e9cir, un processus appel\u00e9 atrophie musculaire. Mais voici le probl\u00e8me : si vous continuez \u00e0 manger la m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 de nourriture sans br\u00fbler autant de calories par l'activit\u00e9 physique, votre corps risque de stocker ces calories suppl\u00e9mentaires sous forme de graisse. Il peut donc sembler que vos muscles se transforment en graisse, mais ce qui se passe en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, c'est que vous perdez du muscle et gagnez de la graisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est donc important d'adapter son alimentation \u00e0 ses d\u00e9penses \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques. Si vous ne faites rien, vous ne pouvez pas vous permettre de manger comme si vous couriez 20 km par jour ou comme si vous vous entra\u00eeniez 5 jours sur 7. Le corps mettra ce surplus d'\u00e9nergie de c\u00f4t\u00e9, juste au cas o\u00f9 vous en auriez besoin un autre jour. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe une int\u00e9ressante <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC2805383\/\">\u00e9tude <\/a>sur les r\u00e9gimes riches en graisses satur\u00e9es et leurs effets sur l'hypertrophie musculaire (chez les souris) a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e. Selon cette \u00e9tude, une alimentation chroniquement riche en graisses entrave l'hypertrophie du muscle squelettique sous l'effet d'une charge m\u00e9canique. Dans ce cas, les souris augmenteraient donc leur masse graisseuse et diminueraient leur masse musculaire. Si ce n'est pas une diminution totale, elles auraient au moins du mal \u00e0 gagner de la masse musculaire en raison de l'alimentation grasse qui entrave la prise de masse musculaire. Peut-\u00eatre que ce probl\u00e8me ne concerne que les souris. Esp\u00e9rons-le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mettre fin au mythe<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Donc, voil\u00e0, la graisse ne se transforme pas en muscle et le muscle ne se transforme pas en graisse. C'est comme dire qu'une banane peut se transformer en pomme - cela n'arrive pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En comprenant cette simple v\u00e9rit\u00e9 et en adoptant une approche \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e de l'exercice et de la nutrition, vous pourrez atteindre plus efficacement vos objectifs de remise en forme.
