How does online coaching work?

When you sign up for a Online coaching program you will be provided with a bespoke training program that is designed to help you reach your fitness goals. This will include a combination of strength training, mobility, cardio and daily step count.
 

Training programs are designed based on the equipment you have at home or in the gym including tips on the execution of each exercise and video demonstrations. You will be fully supported through weekly check ins, updates, WhatsApp messaging and monthly video calls.

Online coaching package might include Dietary habit improvement program. This will allow you to learn about healthy eating based on your current dietary habits with the help of a food diary. This means that you won’t have to count calories or follow a rigid nutrition plan, but simply adjust your current diet per my advice to help you reach your goals.

As your coach, I will monitor your progress carefully and make any adjustments as needed. You will learn how to gain strength and lose fat through physical activity as well as understand how to change your current diet and stick to it in order to reach your health and fitness goals.

Training programs for independent people

Recently I also started offering 3 month adapted workout programs without check-ins. This means that I will create a program for you, adapted to your requirements, but how you follow it, will be up to you. This is a cheaper option and good for those who already have enough experience and discipline to follow a plan on their own.
